(1) Meetings of the Agency shall be held as necessary.
(2) The meeting of the Agency shall be held on such date, time and place as may be fixed by the Coordinator.
(3) Subject matter experts can be invited as per requirement in the meeting of the agency.
(4) The decision of the agency shall be verified by the coordinator and member-secretary of the agency.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the agency shall be as determined by the agency itself.
